Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item should be returned in its original condition, packaging, never pre-assembled (fully or partially), with all original parts and within 21 days after receiving it. If a customer used a free shipping offer, an administration and hadling fees of 25% will be applied to the refund.

If there is a damaged or deffective part of the playset came into the box (i.e. transportation damage), you will need to provide us high quality pictures of the damaged part and contact us at support@todgym.com within 14 days of delivery. If there is a damaged or deffective part of the playground, we provide an exchange of this specific part only (not the whole play set).

If these conditions are not met, the customer is in charge of for any loss in value OR the parcel could also be returned to a customer at customer’s expenses. All the refunds are made 5-10 business days after receiving and examination of the product.

Exceptions:
Customized products as well as products sold with a discount of 30% and more can not be returned or exchanged.
If an order or pre-order was cancelled, an administration fee of 13% + tax will be applied.
